The company’s journey began with Caoxian Sida in 2004, followed by Heze Finechem Chemicals in 2012 and Shandong Finechem Pharmaceutical Technology in 2019. The business spans pharmaceutical chemicals, specialty chemicals and new polymer material additives.
Finechem PharmaTech and Finechem Chemicals serve distinct business needs with shared research, manufacturing and procurement support.
OUR VISION
OUR JOURNEY
2004Caoxian Sida Chemical Co., Ltd. began production in 2004. Investment in industry talent, equipment and research supported its entry into the rubber additives market.
In 2012, growing demand and capacity constraints led to a move to Heze Economic Development Zone and the establishment of Heze Finechem Chemical Co., Ltd.
2012In 2012, Heze Finechem Chemical Co., Ltd. expanded production, built its research team and added laboratory and testing equipment to strengthen technology and processes.
In 2019, in response to the transformation of Shandong’s chemical industry, the company selected a site in Dingtao Runxin Chemical Industrial Park and established Shandong Finechem Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd.
2019In 2019, the pharmaceutical project was initiated in Dingtao Runxin Chemical Industrial Park.
In November 2022, construction and supporting facilities were completed and trial production began. Production targets were met that year.
In 2023, commercial production began, alongside further automation and information systems development.
In 2024, the company was recognized as a High and New Technology Enterprise, with annual output value exceeding RMB 100 million.
In 2025, it received recognition as a specialized and innovative enterprise.
